I read a couple of reviews and was quite apprehensive about the GP appointment but she turned out to be very positive and very friendly. She helped me and listened to me very carefully before suggesting solutions

She was like "so what do you need?" and, instead of hearing and analysing my thoughts and my health, she didn't even allow me to speak for 1 minute without stopping me, did a 10-seconds judgment and quickly sent me home. I have never seen anything like this. I gave 2 starts (instead of 1) because she is "good" if you know what you need since you can book an app for the next day (God knows why), but really bad and useless if you are looking for medical advice or to get you health analysed.

I arranged an appointment at the Barkantine Practice a few weeks back and was allocated to Dr Filiz Capar as she was the only doctor available. Before the appointment I sat in Reception and read the reviews on this site with mounting apprehension. However, she was attentive, asked intelligent questions, explained her proposed course of treatment and it solved the problem within a fortnight. A completely different experience from that described by others on this site.

Dr Capar did not listen to my symptoms for my recently broken ribs as the painkillers don't work, and she gave me wrong advice to stop taking pills immediately which I've been taking for a chronic disease and when I contacted the specialist who actually have been treating me, he was really angry with Dr Capar for giving me wrong advice about something that she is not specialised in. This is really disturbing.

Unfortunately I have seen her for my severe abdominal pain in homerton hospitals walking centre, the only thing she done is to give me pain killers and send me home, next day I had 40 degrees temperture I've started vomiting there was unberable pain and guess what happened I had raptured appendix which caused very big infection. Since then I am dealing with adhesions pain, damaged bowels, uterus, ovarias and blocked follupian tubes.
